Sales Tax Monthly Filing Due Dates
- All sales tax filing to be completed on the 20th of each month for the previous month
- ex. January's sales tax will be filed on February 20th
Sales Tax Quarterly Filing Due Dates
- First Quarter January-March will be filed April 20th
- Second Quarter April-June will be filed July 20th
- Third Quarter July-September will be filed October 20th
- Fourth Qarter October-December will be filed January 20th of the next year
**If the filing date is on a weekend or holiday the deadline is then moved to the next business day, the Monday after the weekend or the day after the holiday.
